Welcome to Glenn Wayne Bakery, a family-owned and operated business renowned for its exceptional baked goods since 1990. Founded by brothers-in-law Glenn Alessi and Wayne Stelz, our journey began in a modest 1,000-square-foot facility. Over the years, we have evolved and relocated to several buildings before finally moving into our state-of-the-art 40,000-square-foot facility in 2008.

Serving the New York metropolitan area with daily fresh deliveries, we also produce top-quality frozen items for nationwide distribution.
