In 2008 we settled into our new state of the art 35,000 square foot facility after having outgrown
4 previous locations. We are a full line bakery manufacturer, offering the highest quality products at
competitive prices. We deliver fresh products daily in the New York metropolitan area and produce an
exceptional frozen product that’s available for distribution nationwide.
In addition to our beloved traditional family recipes, we also have a Research and Development Room that is
constantly being utilized to develop and perfect all of our delicious products. We pride ourselves on
customizing products that meet the demands of all of our customers, because at the end of the day, the
importance of quality and freshness surpasses everything else.
